Yong Tau Foo is a dish made by stuffing fish paste (main ingredient) in tofu, okra, bitter gourd, chilli peppers, eggplants, and bean curd skin.
The fish paste is made from Spanish Mackerel fish meat OR the combination of mackerel fish meat and surimi.
Filling (fish paste):
- Spanish Mackerel fish meat/Surimi
- corn starch
- fish sauce
Gravy or Soup:
- chicken broth
- dried anchovies

Just stuff the filling into vegetables or tofu, and then boil or fry it and it is ready to eat.
